Key Objectives: ➢ Ensure compliance with ethical rules, and develop strategy to ensure a safety culture in all sites ➢ Carry out regulatory monitoring and advise top management on improving HSE policies ➢ Draw up the single risk assessment document for all the tasks ➢ Organize and coordinate internal audits (QMS, OHS, Road Safety System, EMS), propose corrective actions and action plans ➢ Elaborate, communicate and update HSE procedures and policies ➢ Initiate and coordinate emergency drills

Key Objectives: Diagnosis and rehabilitation of the Feeder-booster module at the Logbaba HFO thermal power plant 2: ➢ FMECA, Functional analysis / audit and energy balance ➢ Drawing up a preventive maintenance plan, Economic and financial analysis
Key Objectives: ➢ Improve the waste management system and analyze risks in the various workshops ➢ Monitor regulations, provide training and lead safety talks on various topics ➢ Manage PPE, assess ergonomic risks and carry out an internal environmental audit
