Morocco Family Reunification Visa
About Company
Being apart from a spouse or child while they build a life in Morocco is difficult, and the path back together involves a defined legal process. Close relatives of Moroccan citizens or foreign residents already settled there can apply through the Morocco Family Reunification Visa, issued at the embassy serving their location.
Eligible applicants include spouses, minor children, adopted children under Kafala, and, in specific cases, dependent parents. The sponsor living in Morocco doesn’t submit the application directly but supplies proof of legal status, accommodation, family ties, and financial support instead.
Applicants also prepare bank statements, a travel itinerary, and a cover letter explaining the relationship. Once approved, the visa remains valid roughly three months for entry, after which a residence card must be obtained locally to stay long-term.
