Manage and lead a laboratory team of two veterinarians, overseeing daily laboratory activities, testing accuracy, documentation, and reporting. Supervise diagnostic monitoring programs to evaluate vaccination effectiveness and support flock health decision-making. Led the procurement and installation of modern PCR equipment and currently coordinating specialized training to initiate molecular diagnostics. Conduct regular audits of hatcheries, breeder and broiler farms, focusing on biosecurity, chick quality, welfare, and production efficiency. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly laboratory and technical reports for senior management. Coordinate with sales and field teams to support customer farms and improve client satisfaction.
