Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- You develop solutions according to specific local, customer or dealer requirements on-site under consideration of the respective technical and organizational frameworks
- You present application possibilities and functionalities of machines, aggregates, spare parts, and services to customers
- You develop sales opportunities for new assemblies, systems, and spare parts at the customers’ premises in cooperation with dealership
- You provide logistic and technical support to regional dealership service operations in the event of technical problems occurring (product information, warranty, goodwill agreement, spare parts purchasing)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology, or alternatively a similar successfully completed education
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in a similar industry, preferably in road construction machine business
- Effective French and English language skills. Arabian language skills in addition are beneficial
- Ability to independently plan work schedules, tasks, perform self-quality checks and follow procedures
- Willingness to travel intensively within West Africa (up to 80%) Bomag GmbH
