Helios Towers is a leading independent telecoms infrastructure company, with one of the most extensive tower portfolios across Africa and the Middle East. Please note : This role is a one-year graduate associate program in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation.

What we do

We build, acquire, lease-up and operate telecommunications towers that can accommodate and power the needs of multiple tenants. Our tenants are the major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and we serve them across nine high-growth markets (8 in Africa + Oman in the Middle East). Overview

Reporting to our Head of People Business Partner, you will undertake administrative duties related to the efficient management of all aspects of the employee lifecycle e.g. onboarding, L&D, employee engagement, performance and much more.

Location: Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

As an HR Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting HR administration and various recruitment tasks, such as inductions, contracts, pre-employment checks, and exit interviews.
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assisting with key activities in the performance management process.
  • Collaborating on Learning & Development projects.
  • Contributing to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Performing general HR administrative duties.

To succeed in the role, you will be/will have:

  • A keen interest for a career in HR
  • A bachelor’s degree

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially in Excel.
  • Fluency in French & English desirable but not essential
