Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, expand, and maintain chromium, manganese, and other mineral resources in the designated country, while managing client relationships.

2. Identify and cultivate effective clients within the country, participate in industry conferences to seek business opportunities.

3. Negotiate business contracts and handle unexpected situations during contract execution.

4. Achieve assigned targets from the company, implement effective risk management strategies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development of chromium, manganese, and other mineral products, with preference given to candidates with international business experience.

2. Established network and commercial relationships in the local mineral industry, with abundant channel resources and solid experience in various aspects of business operations.

3. Have good business development ability and management ability, can adapt to different management culture and market culture.

4. Bachelor’s degree or above, proficient in both Chinese and English, with a broad perspective, open-mindedness, ambition, and a willingness to take on challenges.

Salary is negotiable.
