Media Production (m/f/d)
for our location in Kigali / Rwanda
YOUR TASKS
- Disciplinary management and responsibility for a motivated team of around 80 employees
- Organization and control between German headquarter and local office
- Monitoring, securing and optimizing processes
- Building, developing and motivating your team
YOUR PROFILE
- Photoshop skills – desirable
- Completed training as a media designer (m/f/d) – focus: image processing – desirable
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Enjoy working with people and solution-oriented communication
- High social and communicative competence, empathic leadership style
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Flexibility and reliability
- High level of responsibility
- Confident and professional communication in English
